GEMIN8P1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GEMIN8P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GEMIN8P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GEMIN8P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GEMIN8P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRP, and LUAD are the cancer types where GEMIN8P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
