The most reproducible GEMIN7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B3, SMC3_S1074, and SRRT_S67. Each is linked with GEMIN7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN7-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN7 results are reported.
