Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,216 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOPORSLP, HSPE1P14, and RNY4P18. Each is linked with GEMIN2P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN2P1-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN2P1 results are reported.
