GDF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX6, CHCHD2P8, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with GDF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF7-to-partner and partner-to-GDF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX6 grouped by GDF7-low versus GDF7-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
