GCSHP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSHP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,452 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSHP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMS19, SUPT16H_S650, and BBX_T578. Each is linked with GCSHP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSHP2-to-partner and partner-to-GCSHP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCSHP2 versus MMS19 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSHP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSHP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
