GCSH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, PSMB7P1, and OR4X2. Each is linked with GCSH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSH-to-partner and partner-to-GCSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by GCSH-low versus GCSH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
