Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCLC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,837 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GCLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1C1, AKR1C3, and KLHL31. Each is linked with GCLC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCLC-to-partner and partner-to-GCLC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCLC versus AKR1C1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
