GCG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB6, RNU6-1127P, and RN7SL837P. Each is linked with GCG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCG-to-partner and partner-to-GCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB6 grouped by GCG-low versus GCG-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
