GCDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, OR10Q1, and CCL13. Each is linked with GCDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCDH-to-partner and partner-to-GCDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B10 grouped by GCDH-low versus GCDH-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
