GCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONP1, ASF1B, and HAUS8. Each is linked with GCC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCC2-to-partner and partner-to-GCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONP1 grouped by GCC2-low versus GCC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
