Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,783 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GC-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, CDK5, and TMEM38B. Each is linked with GC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GC-to-partner and partner-to-GC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by GC-low versus GC-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
