Across TCGA cell cohorts, GC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 871 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to platelet-derived growth factor stimulus, Response to platelet-derived growth factor, and Indole-containing compound biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GC-to-partner and partner-to-GC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to platelet-derived growth factor stimulus grouped by GC-low versus GC-high in LIVER.
