Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1B, PPBP, and FAM187B. Each is linked with GC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GC-to-partner and partner-to-GC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD1B grouped by GC-low versus GC-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
