Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNGT1, ASZ1, and CALHM4. Each is linked with GBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP4-to-partner and partner-to-GBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNGT1 grouped by GBP4-low versus GBP4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
