GBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3181, BPNT2P, and BICDL1. Each is linked with GBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP3-to-partner and partner-to-GBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3181 grouped by GBP3-low versus GBP3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
