GAU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,712 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APBA1_S263, ZDHHC5_S636, and PTPN12_S606. Each is linked with GAU1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAU1-to-partner and partner-to-GAU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAU1 versus APBA1_S263 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
