GATC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,858 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SART3, and MSH2. Each is linked with GATC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATC-to-partner and partner-to-GATC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATC versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
