Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,144 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational fidelity, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and External encapsulating structure organization. Each is linked with GATC in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATC-to-partner and partner-to-GATC results are reported.
