Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATAD2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GATAD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf181, MIR7-3, and RPL36AP14. Each is linked with GATAD2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATAD2A-to-partner and partner-to-GATAD2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf181 grouped by GATAD2A-low versus GATAD2A-high in KIRP.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATAD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATAD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
