Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,579 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GATA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL464P, PLCL2, and AZIN1. Each is linked with GATA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA1-to-partner and partner-to-GATA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATA1 versus RN7SL464P in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
