GATA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,896 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02510, SRP54, and ERI1. Each is linked with GATA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA1-to-partner and partner-to-GATA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02510 grouped by GATA1-low versus GATA1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
