Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with GATA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA1-to-partner and partner-to-GATA1 results are reported.
