GATA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF5, SPATS1, and OR11H1. Each is linked with GATA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA1-to-partner and partner-to-GATA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSF5 grouped by GATA1-low versus GATA1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
