GART

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GART RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,746 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GART-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SON, MCM4, and MCM7. Each is linked with GART in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GART-to-partner and partner-to-GART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GART versus SON in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GART→partner) and Y-score (partner→GART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
