Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,143 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP70-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLFN5, ATP7A, and MEF2D_S231. Each is linked with GAPDHP70 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP70-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP70 results are reported.
