Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP70 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP70 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher GAPDHP70 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

LIHC, LGG, and LUSC are the cancer types where GAPDHP70 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
