Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,485 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAPDHP55-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic cell cycle spindle assembly checkpoint, Spindle localization, and Positive regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with GAPDHP55 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP55-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP55 results are reported.
