Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP55 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP55 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher GAPDHP55 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CESC show a favorable association.

MESO, KIRP, and THYM are the cancer types where GAPDHP55 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
