Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,869 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAPDHP34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of muscle cell differentiation, Nephron epithelium development, and Establishment of epithelial cell polarity. Each is linked with GAPDHP34 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP34-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP34 results are reported.
