Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP34 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher GAPDHP34 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

KICH, COAD, and LGG are the cancer types where GAPDHP34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
