GAPDHP33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCARD, ITPRID2_S759, and NAMPT_S472. Each is linked with GAPDHP33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP33-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP33 versus PYCARD in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
