Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP33 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher GAPDHP33 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCS show a favorable association.

READ, LIHC, and UVM are the cancer types where GAPDHP33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
