GAPDHP27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,061 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP68, PLEKHA1, and PTBP2. Each is linked with GAPDHP27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP27-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP27 versus SRP68 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
