Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP27 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP27 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GAPDHP27 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LUSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where GAPDHP27 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
