GAL3ST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAL3ST3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAL3ST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with GAL3ST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAL3ST3-to-partner and partner-to-GAL3ST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by GAL3ST3-low versus GAL3ST3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAL3ST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAL3ST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
