GABRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP6, RNA5SP88, and TANGO2. Each is linked with GABRP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRP-to-partner and partner-to-GABRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP6 grouped by GABRP-low versus GABRP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
