GABRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP4B, CCL23, and EPB42. Each is linked with GABRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRP-to-partner and partner-to-GABRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP4B grouped by GABRP-low versus GABRP-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
