GABRA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,380 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEZ6L2, SRCIN1, and SRCIN1_S165. Each is linked with GABRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA6-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABRA6 versus SEZ6L2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
