Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, PSRC1, and UBE2T. Each is linked with GABRA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA6-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG grouped by GABRA6-low versus GABRA6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
