Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPTAB, ZBTB11, and ARHGAP21. Each is linked with GABRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA6-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPTAB grouped by GABRA6-low versus GABRA6-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
