GABRA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, TBX5, and SLC7A1. Each is linked with GABRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA6-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by GABRA6-low versus GABRA6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
