GABRA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,943 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAC2, ZC3HC1, and ZSCAN2. Each is linked with GABRA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELAC2 grouped by GABRA4-low versus GABRA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
