GABRA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, PCNA, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GABRA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha grouped by GABRA4-low versus GABRA4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
