GABRA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN3, MYF5, and ACSM2B. Each is linked with GABRA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN3 grouped by GABRA3-low versus GABRA3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
