GABRA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,769 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, SERPINE2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with GABRA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA1-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABRA1 versus PALM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
