GABARAPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABARAPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,522 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, PNN, and NID2. Each is linked with GABARAPL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABARAPL1 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABARAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABARAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
