GABARAPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABARAPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,048 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP88, RN7SL478P, and RN7SKP60. Each is linked with GABARAPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP88 grouped by GABARAPL1-low versus GABARAPL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABARAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABARAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
