GAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-1, CNTNAP3C, and CPLX4. Each is linked with GAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB2-to-partner and partner-to-GAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-1 grouped by GAB2-low versus GAB2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
