G3BP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G3BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G3BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, NPM1_S254, and GEMIN5. Each is linked with G3BP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-G3BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, G3BP1 versus NPM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G3BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→G3BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
