G3BP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G3BP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G3BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTTG1, NEK2, and CCNB1. Each is linked with G3BP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-G3BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, G3BP1 versus PTTG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G3BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→G3BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
